Suggest Treatment For Bruising On The Shin
i got kicked in my lower inside shin stem on my right foot. there s a large, slightly bruised welt that stings when i touch it. it keeps getting hit with the ball and every time it s bad enough that it hurts extreamly to walk. when i pass over it with my finger it tingles and i can barely feel it. it s been there for three days.

I understand your problem. when you are injured ,you should limit travel for several days, using a bandage tape hurt your site again. High leg while sleeping you hang up. including the use of topical pain relief for your feet. hope you get well soon!
