These seem like abrasions, they will take some time to heal. I don't know the age of your brother, so can not tell you the dose or proper medication. Have him examined by a doctor, to rule out any s/s of infection or internal injury. In the meantime, visit a pharmacy and take an OTC painkiller and ask a pharmacist to adjust you dose for your brother according to his age.
