Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is necessary using a local antibiotic ointment. In this regard, I would recommend using locally Tetracyclin ointment and frequently clean the skin with Ppovidone-iodine solution to help clean the puss. If the puss persists, consulting with a skin specialist or surgeon will be needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
