General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear thanks for the question.

Firstly I would like to tell you that it will take a week for complete healing as it appears that your daughter has big bruise. I advise my patients with such injury following
1 absolute bed rest for a week
2 pain killers (injection tramadol or tablet ibuprofen) as per the severity of pain.
3 cleaning of bruised area by antiseptics.

If I don't notice any improvement(with in two days) I go for ultrasound to look for haematoma, which in turn will require drainage by small incision for rapid recovery.

I hope i have clarified your queries. Do write for follow up queries. Please provide feedback on the reply. I wish your daughter a faster recovery. Thank you.
