General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If there is no improvement on conservative therapy such as immobilization and physical therapy, then surgical fixation should be considered. So you need to see orthopedic surgeon for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein
