Suggest Treatment For Broken Wrist

I broke my wrist this past July. No surgery needed. It was in a cast for six weeks and now I am working with the PT. One thing that really is bothering me is a burning sensation in my hand that does not want to go away. Two questions: Why does it burn and what can I do to help it not burn?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your wrist and you was treated by cast. You are now having burning sensation in your hands. It may be due to compression of any of nerve. Mecobalamin are useful in burning sensation relief. Mobilisation exercises of wrist is useful. Even then if you has not relieved then you have to do your nerve conduction test. Further treatment depends upon nerve conduction test. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
