Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problems

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from breating problems and catch cold and cough quite often. due to this I am also weak at health and quite slim. I have been advised to take Esiflo 250 mg 2 puffs morning and night even though there is not any attack. in case of an attack I take Asthalin 2 puffs. Is it ok for a long duration? How can I put on weight?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM.
Its ok to take the medications you mentioned for now, but please attend for your treating physician for check up every year or every 6 months.
For gaining weight best thing is to eat, i dont know if your asthma is provoked by exercise this you have to discuss with your treating doctor, but for adding weight eating and workout is the way to go. Please dont start any workout without contacting your treating doctor.
Best,
Dr. Ahmad
