Hello sır how are you i have a dust mate problem now for last 2 week but last 2 days was very difficult to me no nighty sleepling at night too much breathing problem i have also saw dust mite s while i was cleaning my ear s they going ears nose carwling heart burn loosing my weight also and my face skin was also going bad now Today I ve visted to a doctor they priscribed me mucaine 120ml syrup,zoltar 20mg omeprazole USP,ANTİNE Ebastine 10mg,motililum demopreidone 10mg ALPAlprazolam 0.5mg but i am not sytisfied please tell me sir

Have you done a blood test like CBC and ESR ? do it and review. In the mean time take following medicine for % days.
Tab.Pan 40 1 bid before food. Tab. Montelukas LC 1 at bedtime.
Tab.Prednisolone 10 mg tid, Tab.Hetrazan 100 mg bid, Syrup.Sucralfate 10 ml tid for 5 days and review.
