Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty At High Altitude
Hello my wife has CHF and a pacemaker defibrillator, her pacemaker shocked her recently 2 or 3 differant times, qustion is we just moved from california to casper wyoming, and the altitude is making it hard for her to breath in fact shes in the hospital now , is it wise for us to move to lower altitude orits something that is not life threatening to stay here. Her ejection fraction is very low like 20% thank you very much. Anthony rock

If ur wife is having chf and her ejection fraction is v low there are certain drugs whcan help her to breathe bett at high altitude inspite of her heart failure but those too depends on wether she can have thm or not patient at hight altitude usually have difficulty breathing my advie wi be fr now improve her breathing by oxygen and consult hospitals near by and if feasable for u to move thn u should move to lower altitude
