Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Excess Mucus Accumulation In The Nose

Hi, my daughter is 20 years old, periodically uses a nebulizer this time of year. While home from college, I noticed she had excessive mucus. I was just speaking to her on the phone and noticed her breathing was somewhat labored. What specialist should I take her to?
