Suggest Treatment For Breast Cancer

I have stage 1 B breast cancer , s/p Bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, lymph nodes negative. Tumor is ER/PR Positive and Her-2 Negative. I am on Femera- Letrazole for 6 months now. But I am having severe wrist pains especially Left right. The pain is excruciating and very tender radial bone. What are my alternatives? I have to take Latrazole for 5 years.

Hello dear. Your pain seems unrelated to breast cancer. Osteoporosis can be one of the reason. You need to investigated for the same. Please continue your treatment and and also take calcium supplements. Thanks
