The repair of brachial plexus injury depends on the amount of disability your brother is having as well as the duration and severity of injury. If the nerve had been injured at multiple places, nerve interposition grafting may have to be done, ie, another nerve from the leg may need to be connected in between. In Kerala, for this you can go to Amrita institute. Otherwise you can choose NIMHANS, Bengaluru.
