Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision, Numbness In Legs And Headaches

I got hit in the left temple in my basketball game. I am experiencing blurred vision at times, dizziness, numbness in right leg (did for 5 minutes but since then nothing for over an hour), sensitivity to light, and headache. I believe I have a concussion but what are the treatments that I should do?

Hello thanks for your Query. I think you need an CT scan brain to rule out any intra cerebral bleeding. more confirmative if you have nausea vomiting heaviness in head.
