Type 2 diabetic and not been feeling well blurred vision, thirsty, headaches, shaky, flushed and nauseous. When I woke up sugar was 149 then at 6:30 wgen started feeling worse it was 292 so I took my 500mg of meteformin at 7pm layed down for an hr it went to 186 so I ate a very small piece of skinless baked chicken with corn at 8:30 and its 11pm and its back to 220. I am also a Lupus pt with a fatty liver and history of acute pancreatitis and I have heart disease and interstitial lung disease. What should I do go to ER or call Dr. In the morning?
