Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

I have some concerns about my poo. I ve been to the loo three times in the last 48 hours two of those times i ve notice the water in the toilet is red. No red on the toilet paper. My poo is a brown/dark brown colour. I closer inspected the poop to discover small red kernal like things in my poo. When put under pressure these open and look to be like a kidney bean texture. I couldn t see any blood looking or mucas type stuff so nothing obvious other than the colour of the water and those kernals. I haven t had any pain either while going to the toilet or befor or after, though a small amount of burning after pooing on one occasion.

Since how long you have this problem?

meanwhile try to avoid constipation by taking liquid paraffin like stool softeners
Have dietary fiber to increase bulk of the stool.
have lots of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Avoid smoking and alcohol it could be dangerous for you
Wash your hands with antiseptic soap or solution to maintain good hygiene
