Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot On Left Pelvic Region After Injury

Hi, I had fallen down the stairs a week back on my lower back with a lot of impact. The x-ray report right after the fall showed that the spine was curved due to trauma and a blood clot on the left pelvic region. However, after taking complete bed rest for a week, there is this particular pain in my pelvic girdle that happens on little movement or changing of postures. However, I can walk slowly but cannot bend at all. I haven t taken much painkillers due to certain liver issues. I am 23.What should I do now?

You should take consultation from good orthopaedician. You have not specified the liver problem, otherwise pain killer which have little impact on liver can be taken. They not only reduces pain but also reduces swilling inflammation etc and fastens recovery. You may have hairline fracture of pelvic girdle which needs proper diagnosis and care and ofcourse takes some time to heal. You may also have some muscle or tendon rupture. Regarding blood clots, most blood clots just requires time to resolve spontaneously.
