Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot In Abdomen And Inability To Walk

How can I help my mom eat and walk again she has a bad heart a difibulator and renal diease they stated dialysis about four weeks ago also she had a blot clot it s in her abdominal area and it affected her left leg also she is laying six weeks in hospital

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Clot lysis is necessary. Either she needs to be on anticoagulants, or if it is a large clot, catheter induced lysis of clot is necessary.
2. She needs to be more mobile as immobility increases risk of clot formation.
3. Do continue dialysis. Get a PT, APTT and platelet count done. She needs to be on anticoagulants with mild exercises. Physiotherapy is essential. Diet needs to be improved.
