Hello this is m.hassan..my age is 17 and having a weight 46.5 kg... i am having a blocked nose which causes me drooling , dryness of mouth and at times i breath through my mouth, and i think that s why my weight is not increasing whats yours opinion about it??? i am having chest imbalance too.. i tried many doctors both allopathic + homeopathic but dosent effect me ... some of them suggest me to have a operation of nose they said that i am having extra bone(spur) + a little flesh too have tried sprays + syrups but dosent effect me..

There is a panchakarma procedure in Ayurveda known as the Nasya karma.
Nasya (nasya-karma) is a term to be applied generally for medicines administered through the nasal route. It is also known as navana and nasyakarma.

Drugs used for Nasya:-

1. Anu taila
2. Sadbindu taila
3. Jatyadi taila
4. Padmakadi taila
5. Panchaguna taila

Before treatment should avoid these:-

1. Cold water
2. Abhishyandi
3. Dust and fume
4. Oils and ghee
5. Sun and heat
6. Alcohol
7. Bath by head
8. Travelling
9. Anger
10.Sleep

Benefits of Nasya Karma:-

1. Prevention of eye disease
2. Prevention of ear disease
3. Prevention of nasal disease
4. Healthy hair
5. Provides strength to scalp
6. Provides happiness
7. Improves voice
8. Improves senses
9. Delayed aging
10.Pleasant oral smell
