What shall I do of right side swallowing part in my throat,which is touch in my tongue and for tat I m not feeling free. 2 ent specialist said nothing in it but 3rd ent doctor said tat was pharengytis. I m suffering from last month. Wat will I do plz help me from this. Little bit anxiety in my mind started.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The problem what you are facing is just a reaction causing congestion to the infection of the throat what you had earlier. Kindly do the following to overcome it. 1. Do salt water gargling with warm water and using dispersible aspirin twice daily. 2. Take medications containing mucolytic and decongestants like Bromhexine and Chlorpheniramine maleate. 3. Take throat soothening chewable medications like Lozenges. 4. Avoid consumption of cold items like cool drinks, cold juices or milk shakes and ice creams. Gradually, your symptoms should improve and be back to normal.
