Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Intermittent Fever In Children

Hi my daughter Was diagnosed with biliary atresia at 3 months and had a successful Kasai procedure. She is now 22 month s about 2 weeks ago we were admitted to the hospital for ascending cholangitis she was given two antibiotics zosin and vancomycin. All of her labs show her liver function is returning. The only thing is her stomach is bloated and she continues to have a fever. She had an MRI to check for a cyst or abscess and nothing came back. After doing my own research I learned vancomycin can cause both bloating and fever so 24 hours ago she stopped both antibiotics and started a diuretic but her stomach is still big and fever comes randomly any thoughts as to why?
