Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HCM....

You seem to suffer from herpes simplex labialis...also called cold sore. It is a viral infection. Kindly consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis and perfect treatment.

I would suggest...

-Acyclovir 800 mg thrice a day
-Acyclovir cream to apply on the lesions
- levamisole 50 mg daily at night
- improve immunity with nourishing diet

The treatment may be taken for long time to prevent relapse.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
