Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain if you have got your vital tooth broken that had intact blood vessels and nerves, the breakage can lead to rupture of blood vessels leading to bleeding from the broken blood vessels..
As there is slight stimulation the bleeding initiates..
You need not to worry and take care not to touch the tooth with tongue and while chewing also avoid from the side where the broken tooth is present and chew from opposite side..
When there is bleeding take a piece of cotton, place it over the tooth and clench with some pressure applied by the opposite arch tooth, it can cease the bleeding..
Consult the
dentist immediately and get the tooth treated by either
root canal treatment and placement of artificial crown( if tooth can be saved) and if not get it extracted and replace by artificial tooth..
Delay in treatment can cause infection in the tooth and pain..
Hope this information helps..
