General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of bleeding and itching on the skin may be part of various possible issues as:
- Reaction or hypersensitivity to some sort of drugs given as antibiotic to prevent secondary bacterial infection or healing purpose
- Skin infection at surgical site manifesting with body hives
- Immune mediated body response to graft

Treatment would focus on:
- Sterile dressing care
- Wound swab for microbiology report
- Control of possible infection with broad spectrum of antibiotics as Lenazolid, amoxycillin with clavulanic acid or others
- Control of blood sugar
- Antihistamine as per the need

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
