Had full hysterectomy 8 years ago. Bladder left fused to cervix and rectum. Can hemmorid pressure radiate and i feel pressure in lower pelvic area? I do have IBS and also very bad Fibro , lower back has been almost locked for weeks and that has thrown my appetite and IBS off. No pain when urinating, nor signs of blood in urine or stools.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of full hysterectomy 8 years back, this can not be as the cervix was left behind which was stuck to urinary bladder and rectum. Also have IBS, hemorrhoids, fibromyalgia, lower back being almost locked and Appetite and IBS off.
First of all there is no complete hysterectomy and the cause of it is not mentioned by you, hence this may be due to some pathology that we should know and may be the reasons for all your symptoms.
I would advise you the following:
TO get the clinical evaluation, examination, pervaginal and abdominal ultrasound and CT scan if needed.
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
All other tests as needed to get a proper diagnosis and to plan a proper treatment for every problem you have mentioned.
Control of stress and/or anxiety will control your IBS and fibromyalgia.
MRI of the lower spine to decide about the cause of locked low back and proper treatment according to the causes.
Per-rectal digital and proctoscopy examination to know the grade of hemorrhoid and get treated accordingly.
The pressure of hemorrhoid can not cause the lower pelvic pains.
