Suggest Treatment For Bladder Control In Old Age

Hello, my problem is that it takes so long to empty my bladder, it is a slow process. I had a complete prostesectomy and also radiation 10 years ago with no other side effects then some loose bowl movements (a result of radiation) I also frequently have to pass urine during the night (3 to 4 times, 30 to 45 mls. at the time. I am now 82 years of age and in good health. Is there a reason for the above or is it just old age? Thank you, Nick.
