General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Small black spots do occur on the skin with ageing. It's mostly normal. This generally occurs with sun exposure. I would advise you should avoid the sun. You can use topical sunblocks for sometimes.

If the lesion is irregular, are raised, or rapidly increasing in size then you should see the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
