Hello,
Thanks for the query,

The symptoms are clearly indicating sunburn . UV radiation of sun trigger melanin producing cells melanocytes to produce excess melanin , which produce dark spots.

Apply ice pack several times .

Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30+ .

Apply kojic acid cream twice a day .

Take oral vitamin c supplements along once a day for atleast one month.

Use a gentle cleanser e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.

Consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis if above treatment doesn't work.

Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone ointment or retinoids .

Wishing you a good health.
Thank you
