Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be angular cheilitis induced hypermelanosis. The cause might be folic acid deficiency. Candidal infection may be there.Kindly consult the expert dermatologist for the firm diagnosis.

I would suggest...

- tab folic acid 5 mg thrice a day for few few months
- apply mometasone cream with anti fungal cream
- anti fungal like fluconazole 300 mg once a week for few weeks
- take green leafy vegetable

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
