Suggest Treatment For Black Discoloration On Face

I scrubbed my face too hard with a wash cloth and It was red at first but after a weeks it was healing. After I thought it healed it left 2 black marks from where I scrubbed it hard. I have tried using Coconut butter and Lemon Juice to get rid of the black marks, but I doesn t see any progress.

Hi,

You can use emollients or vaseline with paraffin locally on the marks and rub it softly along skin creases for two to four weeks. Oral vitamin C and E supplements for two to four weeks may also be used along for better recovery. If spots persists, dermatologist review for melasmas should be sought and either topical melasopeel or UV therapy opinion should be sought.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
