Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

I have progrsessive ms and episodes of Bi polar once or twice a year or 2. I am not taking any medications at present. I live in an assisted living home, I am 63 years old. My MS obstacles and depression are causing me more grief than bipolar symptoms I am not sleeping and doctor rec comend medications I have has serious side effects. Include seizures
