General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
In PCOD airm of the treatment is to regularize the period, correct the hormone imbalance and induction of ovulation.
Cycloreg is used to regularize the period and cause minor side effects like vomiting, fatigue, spotting, stomach pain, dizziness, and discharge
But you have to take it to regularize the period.
I would suggest to consult the experienced gynecologist and undergo ovarian follicle study and reproductive hormone analysis for better management.
Other drugs that will help are:
metformin, spironolactone, clomiphene citrate

If drug will not helpful then go for surgery like ovarian drilling.
Avoid stress, do regular exercise and reduce 10-12 % weight.
Avoid excessive sweets and salt in the diet
Take more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
Hope this may help you
