Suggest Treatment For Behavioral Caused By Drug Addiction

My boyfriend has been doing binges of ecstasy tablets for quite a while now, and he is becoming really strange. He doesn't make sense. When he talks about stuff he doesn't explain, it's like little snippets of different conversations all in one, i cant follow what he says at all. He talks a lot about the illuminati, could even say he is obsessed. He has been really distant and not himself. He came to mine today but was about 3 hours late, when he got here i couldn't understand what he was trying to say, i told him he was scaring me, then he started crying and said he just needed some sleep, so i said why don't you take a nap and i will wake you up later, then he just got up and told me to keep smiling and then he left? I'm so confused i don't know whats going on in his head but something isn't right and i'm scared for him, what should i do?

Hi,

It appears that your boyfriend is having a psychotic breakdown which is common after heavy use of amphetamines like ecstacy. He seems to be having disorganization of thought which is seen in psychosis. That is why, the things he says appear to be fragments of different conversations mixed up. His new-found preoccupation with illuminati suggests that he has developed delusions as well. Please take him to a doctor as he will need antipsychotic medicine. He should also stop using amphetamines.

Best wishes.
