Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Bedwetting at 3.5 years is physiological ( normal ) .So there is no treatment for it.Give her lots of water during day time but less after 8 pm.No sweetened juices. No excess sweets. No teasing.Keep asking her 2 hourly whether she wants to pass urine .Every 3 hourly keep her on potty seat.
Presently her body ache is due to viral infection which will settle down in a couple of days
Happy to help you
Best regards
