Suggest Treatment For Balanitis

My foreskin hurts really badly! I haven t taken a good shower in a few weeks, just recently I took a shower last week for 2 hours. When I decided clean my junk down there with soap, it started to sting and burn immensely. I ve never felt anything like it! I was screaming in pain! I never had any sexual intercourse with anyone else for the past few years, however I AM getting fatter due to depression, I just can t stop eating these past few years! I also don t take care of myself regularly with baths/showers because I get lazy cleaning myself up (I know this sounds funny, but I m serious) till recently last night with a thorough clean. However I do masturbate a lot. Was there an infection within one these cloths that I use after masturbation? Is it due to me getting fatter (diabetes) that contributes to this? Is it that I don t take care of my hygiene? Or is it all of the above? Everyday I feel as if it s harder and harder to breathe, my heart would feel like it would stop pumping oxygen for a a second or 2 when something frightens me in a way or I over analyze something. I researched an the only conclusion I can come up with balanoposthitis. Every time I take showers, I put soap on it, and kind of scrub the foreskin. Let the soap sit on the foreskin for a few seconds and after washing it, it would hurt like hell! Also, after a few seconds on there, the foreskin on that area turns really red and foreskin on that area also puffs up a little bit! There seems to be like some form of red line streaks on the foreskin (open wounds? I don t know) Please help! I don t have medical insurance at this very moment as well! Please help. It burns when I pee as well.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your cause
Your symptoms could be due to poor Hygiene problem, fungal infection, allergy to a product used on the penis (such as soap or lubrication)
Take following advice:
1.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
2.Alternatively, buy ‘aqueous cream’ from a pharmacy and use it as body-wash cream (i.e. apply a small amount and rinse off).
3. Put two handfuls of salt in the bath, but no other additives
4. Do not use ‘biological’ or ‘enzyme’ powders when washing your underpants
5. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
6. Use ormulated penis vitamin formula- Man 1 Man Oil-contain:
with vitamins, minerals and shea butter- it moisturizes the skin and prevents flaking or cracked skin while revitalizing and enhancing the sensitivity of the penis
7. Apply anti fungal clotrimazole cream if severe or not resolved.
8. Use PANCROMA cream

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
