Suggest Treatment For Balancing Issues

I have an increasingly bad balance problem, feels as if my body does not stay over my feet. Have had testing done at centers of excellence, no inner ear issues, strokes or brain tumors. I fall at very unexpected times. I am 74 years old. Thank you Mary Miller

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having some impair brain circulation and some cerebro-bacillar insufficiency due to age.
There is also a possibility of having some degenerative changes in your cervical spines producing cervical spondilitis as well.
Go for x-ray cervical region to rule out spondilitis.
Avoid putting pillow under neck while sleeping.
Take Vertin or stugerone if advised by your doctor.
Ok and take care.
