As per your complain and presentation of symptoms foul taste in mouth is due to the taste of acid caused by acid reflux and in case if you have a typical Rotten Egg taste in mouth with a history of taking high blood pressure medicine there is a possibility that you have a dry mouth and due to it there is more growth of sulphur producing bacteria that causes a typical rotten egg taste in mouth due to sulphur production.. Nothing to worry, consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case if you have a dry mouth you will be advised to chew sugar free chewing gums that will stimulate saliva flow.. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration. Eat less of high protein containing foods. You should also consult your physician and get evaluated so that he can either reduce the dose of your blood pressure medicine if possible or change it to other drugs..
