Suggest Treatment For Bacterial UTI

helo i was diagnosed with a bacterial UTI 7 days ago. Although I fell a little better I still do not feel right. I am taking nitrofuration mono- mcr 100 mg. i still have pain in my pelvis, burning when urinating and my knees and hands are now swollen and i have a red rash that is itchy on my torso . Am I on the right medication? When will I feel better?
