Suggest Treatment For Bacteria And Leukocytes In Urine,shortness Of Breath And Nausea
my mother is 62 years old and diabetic for past 15 years . she also have hypothyroidism . recently her urine report says positive for bacteria and leukocytes to be seen as full field . her SGOT and SGPT levels are also elevated with SGOT 81 and SGPT 107 . she feels shortening of breath and nausea . please advice me the proper treatment and diet .

Drugs like levofloxacin, norfloxacin, cephalosporines are useful in urinary tract infection. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Continue his medication for diabetes and hypothyroidism.
Take anti diabetic diet. Her SGOT and SGPT are also high so avoid fatty diet also. So she need high protein diet.
