Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Hi,
My dad aged 69 had a CABG done for triple artery block in Feb 2010. A year later , after losing about 6 kgs- he weighs 54 kgs now, he is able to gallop around like a horse and all his numbers are excellent. However he complains of backache and severe tightness only while walking or standing and no pblms at all while resting.Should this be of concern to us?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having degenerative changes in his lumbo-sacral spines giving Sciatica pain.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines for osteo-artheritis or disc problem.
Consult orthopedoc surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
