Suggest Treatment For Back Pain While Having Slip Disc

yes age is 32.5 hers 5 ft 4 inch is height have one daughter of 5.5 years. i had slip disk one 4 years ago, and having a very bad back pain from 2 days, mainly above hip bone towards the sides and when i stand up i get pressure on my hip bone and a bit in the centre of the back. what should i do?

Hello,

Since you now that you have a slipped disc, your symptoms may be linked to it because there are chances of exacerbation. You should rest for few days and you should use simple painkillers such as ibuprofen. Avoid weights too and excessive bending. If there is no improvement, in few days get an MRI of your lumbar spine done.
