Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Pelvic Pain And IBS

hi I am 28 years old with endametrosis, ibs and suffer from constant kidney infections i am also going for my bladder to be stretched next week. the thing is ive gained well over 14pounds in four weeks. I excerise 5times a week and eat healthy , ive also started to have seveire back pain, pelvic pain and abdominal bloating but at present my back pain and bloating is the worst. I look about 5months pregnant which I am not. I am really worried but should i be worried?

Sorry to ask you Lady, some more information about the problem of endometriosis you mentioned.Are you taking any medicine for that and whether the doctor is sure of urine bladder affected of endometriosis or else urinary passage is the one narrow now.Feeling of bloating & back pain could be due urinary infection persisting.
More worry for me is weight gain unless you are taking some hormone preparation for endometriosis.
Be assured, with proper treatment planning by you and doctors, these are temporary
