Suggest Treatment For Back Pain In Patients Post Hysterecomy

I had a total hysterectomy in 2011, everything is fine, but my back pain is getting worse, I am always constipated, hurts when I have intercourse, and I am always bloated. Maybe its nothing but my back pain is killing me with also being constipated all the time.
