Suggest Treatment For Azoospermia

Hi my name is Anzela my father 20 years ago was told that he didn t have any sperm at all not even 1 which is why he adopted me and another child but in 2013 my father told me that he actually had sperm it wasn t coming out in the semen and that he had an operation to fix this. Is this true can you suddenly have sperm after 20 years can an operation help

It all depends on what was the cause of his problem. If ejaculatory duct or Seminiferous Tubules or Vasa Deferentia or other such structures were blocked or malformed, they can be made patent via surgery. But you must be having normal working testes and normal levels of testosterone.

So azospermia can be treated, in this way.
