Suggest Treatment For Autism For A 13-year-old Boy

Hi doctor, My son is 13 years old and suffering from autism. Our doctor told us to give him oxetol 150mg morning and 300 mg in the evening due to silent fits but there was no progress and we consulted the doctor again. He advised to increase the dose to 300mg in the morning and 450 in the evening but still he is aggressive and has mood changing behaviour. Kindly suggest a solution.
