Suggest Treatment For Autism And Epilepsy

My son is 18 and has autism and epilepsy. He was on keppra but he became irritable and aggressive so we switched to topamax. He has been off the keppra for 2 days now and he still screams all the time. How long does it take for keppra to leave your system?

I really appreciate your concern, medicines has nothing to do with symptoms that he has but it may be due to disease it self and in my opinion better to see the doctor and no need to change the medicine without the advise of physician, better to see the neuropsychiatrist, hope this information helps, take care.
