Suggest Treatment For Attached Testicle With The Skin Of The Scrotum Causing Pain

Twenty five days ago, I had both a hydrocelectomy and a spermatocelectomy performed on the same testicle. During the healing process, this same testicle fused with the skin of the scrotum so that the testicle no longer floats freely as it used to. The problem is, during an erection there is pain due to the forward/outward stretching of one of the three locations where the testicle is fused with the scrotum. The erection, in effect, pulls the testicle out with it, and it hurts. My urologist seems to be at a loss as to what can be done about it. Do you have any ideas on what can be done to correct this fairly serious problem? Thank you. Respectfully, Tharrin

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I can understand your situation. You need to consult a surgeon who can seperate your tested from the scrotal sac and align it properly.I don't think it's a major procedure. Do not panic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
