I think I have athletes foot. I constantly have to scrape my feet but my concern is that I have had a sore between my pinky toe for about 10 years now and it won't heal. I try to keep the dead skin cleaned out as much as possible cause it can be painful once the dead skin accumulate. I don't have diabetes. What medicine do you recommend? The foot doctor I seen just told me to keep it cleaned out and use a athletes foot cream but needless to say it's been 10 years and I'm sick of it. PLEASE HELP!!
