Suggest Treatment For Arthritis

Im 23 years. female. umarried. im suffering from som arthritis for past 1 year. im taking medicines too. hcqs 200mg .im not cured yet. for the past 1 week there is a severe pain in ma both legs and arms. what should i do now. totaly im confused. should i go for another doctors opinion. ma doctor asking me to take same medicine and puton weight. but i cant take food.contionus vomittng. pleas help

If not relieved then possibility of polyarthritis needs to be considered

Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, do you have such complain?
Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased do you have such stiffness in spine?

When such patients come to our hospital I advise them blood test like RA factor, ACCP, ESR, complete blood count, HLA B27
