Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

For inflammatory arthritis you may need investigation.
When such patients come to our hospital I advise them blood test like ANA, RA factor, ACCP, ESR, complete blood count,.

arthritis will also need x ray and dexa scan to confirm diagnosis.

You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
