hi sir please help me out my grandmother is a diabetic patient,heart patient and since last 15 days she was serious does not eat any thing,have constipation,some doctor of bhagalpur said she has bicolai but on test did not find..what should i do...as now we do not have male member in home my final exams r going on...She is 80s..suggest me

constipation must be first relieved in heart patient. start lactulose syrup 1 tsf at night. since mother is diabetic input of food is necessary otherwise low sugar level will adverse the condition. start liquid form of food which includes fruit, boiled bean and grain mixed. when condition becomes normal you can continue isabgol 2 tsf at night for long term problem of constipation.
